Return Policy

Deals on Chairs offers a 30 day return policy on most products. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) factory or warehouse. Purchasing items over the web requires a good visual and understanding of the size and quality of the desired products. We have done our best to provide quality images, dimensions, and descriptions of the features to give the customer a good "look" of the item.

If for any reason you wish to return your item, simply contact us at for a Return Merchandise Authorization # or use the contact us page provided in the footer. This RMA # must be clearly marked on each box. The product must be in the original shipping container, in the original factory packaging and with all the fillers and parts.Most products are shipped disassembled and must be returned the same way to prevent any damage in the shipment.

Since most of the products are offered with free shipping, please be advised that the actual outbound cost of shipment will be deducted from the return refund if the products are returned. No collect shipments will be accepted. Return authorizations are valid 30 days from the date of issue.  The returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and additional fees may be assessed for missing or damaged parts or for any product returned in "not like new" condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returns and determine applicable restocking and/or re-boxing fees.Special or custom orders are not returnable.   

In some rare instances, merchandise can be damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all items for damage that are received from If you find any damage, please refuse the shipment. If you are unavailable and the merchandise is left at your door, call your Fed Ex or UPS office within 24 hours of delivery and file a freight claim to report damage. Damaged merchandise will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If you receive damaged items via Fed Ex or UPS, please call us and we will send replacement parts.

You may be asked to send us pictures of the damage/defect. Often the manufacturer wants to be contacted directly. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your chair that will direct you on who to call in the event that parts are needed. If this information is not available, please contact us at If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If the item is shipped via truck, have the truck driver wait while you inspect the items. Failure to do so will result in loss of protection.
